EveryThink manages the information that we collect from you in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. In this Policy, "EveryThink," "we," "our," and/or "us" refers to EveryThink Pte. Ltd.
This Privacy Policy describes how EveryThink collects, uses, shares, and handles your personal data, and sets out the rights and obligations that both you and EveryThink have in relation to your personal data. Country-specific terms in Appendix A shall also apply to this Privacy Policy.
By accessing uniplace.app, you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions of EveryThink's user agreement ("User Agreement") and acknowledge that your personal data may be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Except for any terms defined in this Privacy Policy, all other defined terms shall have the same meaning as those defined in the User Agreement.
EveryThink may, from time to time, modify this Privacy Policy (and update the web page on which it is displayed). If we materially change the ways in which EveryThink uses or shares your personal data previously collected from you through the Services, EveryThink will notify you through your UniPlace account, your registered email address, or other communication. You should check that account regularly.
1. Collection of Your Personal Data

In circumstances where the below information is not provided to us, we may be unable to provide the Services to you and fulfill our contractual obligations.
- Your name, email address, and other contact details
- Your payment information (processed by a third-party provider)
- Your location and locations of interest for Posted Tasks
- Details relevant to your job preferences and qualifications
If your personal details change, it is your responsibility to update your UniPlace account to keep our records complete, accurate, and up to date.
To help us improve our services, create new features, and serve you and others with relevant marketing communications, EveryThink collects information about your usage of the Services. This includes the transactions you perform on UniPlace, feedback ratings, offers you make, comments you post, and interactions with our affiliate service providers.
You may apply for jobs through our job application submission form, which is provided by a third-party service provider. In doing so, we collect the information you submit through your application, such as your resume, links to online profiles, and any additional details you choose to provide.

What Other Information Users Can See About You
When you use the Services to post a task, make an offer, comment, or provide feedback, your user ID and all the material you post are visible and searchable to us, other UniPlace users, and are also publicly available to other internet users. Please use caution and discretion when posting.
UniPlace does not control or accept any responsibility or liability for the disclosure or use of personal data voluntarily posted by you in a publicly accessible area of the Services.

The Services may link to third-party websites and services, such as Stripe for payment processing. Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. UniPlace is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
7. Marketing
You may opt-in or opt-out of receiving marketing materials from UniPlace and our affiliates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us. We may also contact you as a result of a referral. Administrative and account-related messages may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, edit, update, restrict, or delete your personal data, or to receive a copy in a portable format. You can prevent your device from sharing precise location information at any time through your device's settings. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
9. Retention
We retain your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
10. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 18. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

If you are a User in Australia, this policy incorporates the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Sensitive information is handled with your consent and only for its primary purpose.
